“I've always struggled to find the motivation to get up and go to the gym so I knew that if I wanted some change I needed somebody to push me. That's exactly what Tee did for me, she pushed me every day to stop being lazy and try to do my best not only with the workouts but also with my eating habits. Unlike other trainers that work out with you for an hour at the gym and then have no other communication with you afterwards, Tee was the total opposite. She was always in communication with me, through text she would constantly ask me what I ate throughout the day or at the gym she would ask what I plan on eating throughout the week. She always knew what I was up to and if I was staying consistent or not. And on the days were I was not, she still provided me with support and let me know that it was okay to slip up but to keep on trying my best. I really loved her encouraging words because it made it easier to not be so hard on myself. In one month I was able to lose 7lbs, which doesn't sound like much, but trust me, 7lbs of fat makes a world of difference. I always really liked that she accommodates and works within your physical boundaries. I never did anything that I wasn't physically capable of or comfortable doing. She was right there with me during the workouts and not only was she there to teach me, but she cheered me on as well. That is something I always appreciated because it let me know that I wasn't alone in this journey and had her there every step of the way.”

“Tee is an amazing person and coach. A beautiful and transparent individual. She doesn’t just tell you what to do, she explains each workout to you. She shows you how to practice each movement with the right form. If you are unable to do the movement, you better believe she has a modification for you. In addition to that, she will be there every step of the way pushing you.
When I started with Tee I explained to her that I was in desperate need to loose weight that I had gained back 2yrs after loosing it. I told her I tried everything and now I wanted to try CrossFit. From day one she was so attentive to me all while running her own class. When the pandemic hit she found a way to cater to her clients. We went virtual and even hit the park/field on the nice days. Because of Tee I was able to take everything I learned from her and apply it to my own training program. Also it is because of her that I pushed myself to start running. I now run 4x a week.

“Just a few months ago I was at my heaviest, 252 lbs. My knees were hurting, my energy was low, my legs felt like moving bricks and my self-esteem was at my lowest. I hated looking in the mirror and taking pictures of myself. I was so uncomfortable with myself that I contemplated wanting a quick fix to the problem which was surgery.
